Lovely cottage to stay in for the two of us and our dog. The broadband wasnt working when we arrived, but this was quickly sorted out by the friendly owners. Some tea and coffee and bottle of wine were a very nice welcome when we arrived. It was great to be able to make use of the hot tub, which was well sheltered and very clean. Whilst it does say no towels are provided in the listing, and we did bring our own, its seems a bit odd to say this is because of covid, when the pandemic is now many years ago, and ttowels and other bedding were provided. It would be even better if the positioning of the bathroom light switch was the other side of the door, and the pans were hung on hooks a bit lower down as it was difficult to retrieve them.

A delightful cottage in a stunning position, close to the Welsh Coasta Path. Porth Ysgo, a stones throw and 150 steps from the door is absolutely beautiful. The countryside is crisscrossed with well marked footpaths and the nearby vilage of Aberdaron is picturesque, providing all that is needed for serlfcatering. The WiFi is certainly intermittant but lack of connectivity for a short while is part of the escape from normality. Thank you for a lovely week.

An idyllic peaceful holiday spot. Ysgo a small place not far from Aberdaron, and it was great to be tucked quietly away somewhere special from the crowd, yet on its doorstep when needed. Aberdaron has a Spar shop, but we bought our food shop from supermarket in Pwllheli enroute to save a fortune. The cottage is ideally located for walking the coastal path, which was the focus of our trip. One of our favourites was a return walk to the far end of Hells Mouth Beach when the tide was going out, simply stunning, a crime coastal walkers are sent off on a road to miss this experience. The return walk to Rhiw National Trust was beautiful too, a fairly challenging walk there along coastal path and we turned it into a circular by coming back along road.The little church is worth a visit. We walked further afield on the north coast of the Llyn Peninsula one way and saved a fortune not using taxis by booking the Fflecsi Bus between coastal points, the service was cheap, remarkably reliable and every time I booked available. At Ty Bach we had all the benefits of being isolated with the ability to explore without hindrance. As for the cottage itself I cant praise it enough, the owners have put a lot of thought into making the place inviting and comfortable. We used the Jacuzzi twice, which was luxurious. What we will remember most is opening the front door to go in on arrival and our senses being greeted by the sublime aroma of cleanliness of Ty Bach Cottage.

A fantastic cottage for 2 people, with an exceptionally clean and well maintained hot tub. Perfect location for hiking, with the coastal path opposite the property. Our dog enjoyed the stay, but had to stay on lead in the garden, because it is a working farm, but there are so many safe Sandy beaches where she could exercise with Aberdaron a 7 minute drive. After we made a very short notice booking, with the help from the lovely lady at Sykes Cottages we have had the most loveliest 5 night stay at Ty Bach Cottage. The Cottage is absolutely beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. The lovely welcome package left for us was a nice surprise, especially when we arrived late. The hot tub was such a special treat after a long day out walking and exploring. The cottage is set back on a working farm and the host was very welcoming. Seeing the cute little lambs every morning was also wonderful. A special little place of which we will 100 return too.

Absolutely perfect, couldn't say anything more. From the log burner to the hot tub to the fully enclosed garden for our little dogs the cottage was perfect. Isolated, close to the beach and wonderful countryside walks on the doorstep it suited us perfectly and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

The location makes this cottage. It is a 5 minute walk from a quiet cove. If you are in to dark skies, this is definitely the place to stay, we were lucky to have a meteor shower as well as seeing the aurora. The outside space was excellent and the hot tub was a definite bonus. A great stay.

What a lovely time we had. perfect countryside to drive or walk around. The cottage is fabulous for a cold misty night with the log fire and a comfy bed. We cooked some lovely meals because everything you needed in the spotless kitchen was perfect. A short drive to the pub for lunch where the locals were really friendly. The hosts were on hand if you needed them but never intruded on our lovely break. The hot tub was relaxing after a long walk. space for our dog to run safely. What more could you ask for. We appreciated the wine and Welsh Cakes left out for us. We would recommend this cottage for a quiet, cozy, romantic stay. We enjoyed our visit, the cottage was comfortable and the little extras that were left were a lovely touch which was appreciated. The wifi was frustrating at times, however we did understand that this is due to the beautiful location. The main issue was that I want to feel slightly isolated and not hear and see anybody else except the owners, who were friendly and gave us some helpful tips, so we were surprised to see what looked like a static caravan next to us, as this was not in any photos or mentioned in the description. Overall we had a lovely break and my husband enjoyed resting in the hot tub.

Absolutely wonderful and comfy cottage, stunning views of the sea just around the corner, log burner giving lots of heat and the added bonus of being able to buy extra logs on site! Such a peaceful place to stay except for the the odd murmur from the cows and sheep, which we loved! Kitchen fully equipped only problem for me I couldnt reach the saucepans where they were stored on their hooks husband to the rescue!. Would most definitely recommend and have done already!

Excellent place to stay. Highly recommend this cottage. Would definitely come back. Hot tub was amazing even in the windy weather we enjoyed it. Nothing against the property just advise to be careful on the roads about 20 30 mins away from cottage someone crashed into us but dont get me wrong a lot of people around helped us and it was one off them could of happened to anyone. Lovely people though around this area helped us so much and kept asking if they could help in any way. Even though this happened we will hopefully come back to stay here. Thanks.
