Every bedroom has its own bathroom - perfect for avoiding those awkward "I need a wee" moments when someone's hogging the shower. This accommodation is massive enough for 10 adults and 2 kids without feeling like you're living in each other's pockets.

Located at the base of the Great Orme, you're perfectly positioned to explore everything Llandudno offers. The pier, seafront cafes and traditional pubs are all within walking distance (handy after a night out). Parking for 3-4 cars is practically gold dust in a seaside town!

About Abbey Lodge

Abbey Lodge is a Grade II-listed double-fronted cottage in Llandudno, North Wales. This three-floor beauty sits just 0.3 miles from the beach and shops. Every bedroom has its own bathroom - perfect for avoiding those awkward "I need a wee" moments when someone's hogging the shower. This accommodation is massive enough for 10 adults and 2 kids without feeling like you're living in each other's pockets.

Located at the base of the Great Orme, you're perfectly positioned to explore everything Llandudno offers. The pier, seafront cafes and traditional pubs are all within walking distance (handy after a night out). Parking for 3-4 cars is practically gold dust in a seaside town! West Shore Beach is an easy walk away when you fancy building sandcastles or watching the sunset with a cheeky beer.

The accommodation is spread across three floors with five bedrooms - three king-size (two with en-suites) and two twins (both with en-suites). There's also a second-floor family bathroom with a luxurious roll-top bath. Downstairs you'll find two sitting rooms (one with a woodburner, one with a gas fire), a formal dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen with everything from a dishwasher to a wine chiller.

Venue Cymru is nearby for entertainment, while Conwy (4 miles) and Colwyn Bay (6 miles) make easy day trips. The Welsh Mountain Zoo is perfect for animal lovers. Snowdonia National Park is just 20 miles away for hiking adventures. The hot tub in the enclosed garden is ideal for soothing those muscles afterward!

One of the best holiday houses weve stayed in, the house was beautifully decorated, comfortable, very well equipped and in an excellent location. The only extra we can think of is a pizza cutter!
Lovely house, with excellent facilities and very well equipped the hot tub was a bonus! Nice to be met on arrival and shown around, plus the Team was available to answer any questions during our time there. A good location both close to the centre of Llandudno and at the base of the Great Orme.
Lovely extended family holiday at Abbey Lodge, great location in Llandudno and plenty to do in walking distance of the property. House was immaculately clean, comfortable and well stocked and the welcome pack on arrival was a very pleasant surprise. Guests really enjoyed the use of the hot tub and wine fridge!! and we would recommend the Snowden pub just up the road for a very nice lunch!!

We had a wonderful week at Abbey Lodge with a multigenerational group including 2 children aged 5 and 2. The hosts were excellent at communicating, and very welcoming! The house is fantastic, with really comfortable rooms and plenty of space for our large party. Its perfectly located to explore Llandudno extremely close to the shops, restaurants, pier and tramway to the top of the Great Orme, plus an easy walk to the sandy West Shore Beach. I would highly recommend a stay at Abbey Lodge and we hope to be back again soon!

Abbey Lodge is an amazing house. The house itself is beautiful and so much thought has gone into it. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend for large groups. So much space.

Everything was brilliant in this beautiful house. Thoughtful touches, such as the welcome hamper, spa towels, fresh flowers and the amazing outdoor kitchen. Just a couple of minor points that would have really helped are A suitable mirror in the loft bedroom to use when drying your hair. Instructions for the Sonos system. The curling door mats are trip hazards.
Abbey Lodge lived up to and exceeded our expectations. It was ideal for our three generation birthday break close to the centre of Llandudno with every facility we could wish for, ample parking for the three cars and a hot tub which was a great hit. Cathy and Alex were very welcoming and generous hosts. We had a great holiday and would highly recommend Abbey Lodge.
As a family spanning four generations, the eldest at 86 and the youngest at 4, we would absolutely recommend Abbey Lodge. The property provided everything we needed for our stay, well equipped, very comfortable and with space for everyone to come together or have privacy if desired. Quiet at night to enjoy a good nights sleep and, as the sun blessed us with its appearance, we were able to enjoy the garden and hot tub. The house is also very well positioned for exploring Llandudno and wider areas. Highly recommend.

A beautiful property , lovely inside and out, well maintained. The position was close to the town centre easy 5 mins walk and had parking for 3 cars which is a bonus in Llandudno. All main bedrooms had ensuite which is what we look for when holidaying with my Mum, Dad and Sister. Great place we will be back again soon.
