Perfect for large family gatherings with space for 14 guests across 7 bedrooms. The village of Llanbedr offers a perfect base with the River Arto running through it – famous for its fishing spots.

The location is bloody brilliant. You're wrapped in mountain views with the Rhinogs on one side and the gorgeous Mawddach Estuary on the other. Fancy a pint? The local pub is minutes away on foot. Want to explore? Harlech Castle is just 4 miles up the road and Barmouth's beaches are a short drive. The grounds are extensive enough that you won't be tripping over each other even with 14 people.

Inside, this place is proper posh. We're talking original parquetry floors, ornate ceiling roses and a staircase with barley sugar-turned balusters (fancy!). The bedrooms include a super-king with en-suite, a king-size, two doubles, a twin and a bunk room for the kids. The kitchen is better equipped than most homes with its electric range oven, ice-making fridge and enough fridges to store beer for an army.
