Our 3rd stay at this clean comfortable property. We are already looking to return in the spring. Ideally placed within easy reach of Llandudno and Conway. Situated in a quiet area with easy access. Hot tub was clean and much appreciated. .
Curb appeal was a bit disappointing, wall damaged, bins top of drive, garden not weeded, found key safe and accessed keys, door difficult to open and close from both inside and out. Rooms all very spacious and expenses furniture, disappointed with the large rug in lounge, curling up at both ends, looked messy and uninviting. Initially T.V. difficult to work out. Curtains too long and at some point a dog has weed up them and all stained. Back garden needs bit of attention to borders, gardeners can but only cut lawns. Kitchen well equipped, but needed a few basic things, ie oven gloves, kitchen roll, bin bags, washing up liquid and a few other basic cleaning products. There is a dish washer, but we choose not to use it. Washing machine is fantastic for spinning clothes after going in the hot tub. Some of the towels were dirty and marks on the bedding. On the whole the house looked clean but looking closer on lamps, pictures, headboard and corners of rooms it was very dusty. On the whole we didn't let any of this spoil our holiday, it was a good base to explore the area.

It was a very relaxing stay with a nice garden and plenty of cat space, but the hot tub felt dirty, the shower had no water pressure and the owner completely ignored my calls. Check in could be later so that Check out should be later.
Hilltops is a lovely home from home in a quiet peaceful area with the convenience of bus routes at the top of the road. It is fully equipped and the owners are contactable by text. The file of info needs to be updated though re the television and bin day collection dates. We did use the separate recycling bins inside but they did not match the bins outside. The hot tub is a really good size and adds to your stay. Location wise it is within easy reach of the beach downhill by foot but rather steep coming back up. I would stay there again.

What a lovely property, probably the best we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds and a secure, floodlit garden for our dog. Appreciated the heating being on when we arrived and the welsh cakes and milk. Loved the log burner. Would highly recommend this property but sadly we won't be able to return as it will be a dog free property from August next year.
Fantastic. Returned from an amazing week with my husband and two children. The house is just perfect. Comfortable, relaxing, ideally situated, offers a superb hot tub, local amenities, modern devices, games, tv's in all rooms. Hilltops has everything you could need whilst visiting Wales. The owners have provided virtually every conceivable gadget, utensil and facilitiy to make our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. We have previously stayed in a number of rented holiday cotrageshouses in Wales and this place ticks all the boxes and more! What a fabulous, clean and well presentedlocated holiday getaway and within short distance to all local places of interest. The house has WiFi and Sky TVs in every bedroom and lounge and the beds are all very comfortable and prepared with fresh linen. Especially good was the flood lit and secure garden where our pooch could play and be safe at all times. We strongly recommend this wonderful house and will definitely be rebooking again in the future. Thank you so much.

Hilltops was an ideal property to accommodate our family, we were 3 generations, ranging from 89 years to 7 years. The ground floor bedroom worked well for my Mother. The thought gone into the furnishings, bedding etc makes Hilltops a very comfortable home from home stay. We all had a lovely week. Would recommend the property. Information in the folder is a little sparse, more information to include use of Tv's we are not familiar with tv working through Sky central heating and to let people know that you need to fill the water container in the fridge to feed to ice and cold water dispenser on the freezer door. Disappointed not to have had a welcome pack after a 6 and a half journey. Booking via Sykes Holiday Cottages was easy and will use again. Over all a great place to stay.

Really good property in a really nice area and so good on location for amenities. Makes a nice walk into Conwy or elsewhere in the vicinity and good location to start for seeing the whole area. Comfortable with good TV and very comfy bed. We were only a couple staying for a week so we had loads of space. Can't really comment how it would be with 6 people but the kitchen is great and cooked every evening. On 01 April so not really the weather to use the garden but nice sliding door to it, so better weather would have more room i feel.
