The most perfect, gorgeous house for large families or groups of all ages. we were a family ranging in age from 7 to 70 and we all loved it. Lots of space for both communal activities as-well private space for when you need solitude. Bala is beautiful, and access to both the town and lake within walking distance. Hot tub, sauna and cold plunge a fantastic addition, enjoyed by all. Spotlessly clean and with overall great provision. The kitchen was perfect, needs a couple more big pots for those cooking together, we’d taken a few of our own so we’re fine. Enough crockery and glassware for all to eat together (inc what’s provided in individual cottages. Id recommend taking your own towels if you like big lush bath sheets. Towels provided were small and thin, but I know we’re particular. We will definitely be bsvk again.

The house was beautiful, even bigger than the pictures suggested and plenty of room for our group of 12 adults and 3 children. We loved the hot tub, big table for family meals and being close to so many beautiful walks. It was great to be a short distance from Bala town but still feel very peaceful. The bedrooms were so comfortable and spotless.
